2022 Naperville Saints Jamboree

Please join us for the inaugural 2022 Naperville Saints Jamboree on Saturday, August 13th! Saints players will play in full-pad scrimmages against each other. The kids will have a blast, coaches will see where players are in their development and families can warm-up their cheering muscles for the season!

What is a "jamboree?"

A jamboree in football is a meeting of several football teams in which each team will scrimmage against one another in order to prepare for the upcoming season. The best way to think about a jamboree is a football preseason fit into a single day. Instead of practicing against teams over the course of a few weeks, a single day will be dedicated to several live scrimmages.

Naperville Saints teams will scrimmage against each other. Arrival times are below, and more details will be provided by your coach.

8U-JV at Knoch Park Turf Field, 8/13, 9am-3:45 pm
Varsity (8th grade) at Nike Complex, 8/13, 1-4pm

Please note the following:

Please follow your coaches arrival time instructions.
Players wear full pads (helmet, shoulder pads, cleats), 2022 game day uniforms. Bring water.
Parents are welcome to stay for the scrimmages. For those at Knoch turf, please note that parking is limited. Consider parking and/or dropping off your player off Martin Avenue (north of the turf field)
Once your team has been dismissed please do not loiter so we can have room for the next group.

Please refer to the schedule below for playing times, and defer to your coach for any updates. If you're wondering how long your players should plan on being at the Jamboree, see some examples below:

8U players should arrive by 8:30am, they will play from 9-10am, then are dismissed.
9U players should arrive by 8:30am, they will play from 9-10:30am, then are dismissed.
....and so on, for all ages.
